At Faustique, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refund Options
Store Credit
We offer free returns when choosing store credit.
Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item(s).
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small return processing fee may apply depending on your location.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Any item returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Faustique cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Processing Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds or store credits will be issued promptly following inspection.
