Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Faustique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members.

Faustique cannot be held responsible for packages that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
